The Southeast Arizona Little Sister Program is a part of the Miss America's Little Sisters Mentoring Program. It a mentorship program established for young ladies ranging in age from 5 to 12 who are mentored by local titleholders for their year of their service. The "little sister" is encouraged to join her mentor in as many appearances, volunteer opportunities, and other events as possible during their titleholder year. Young ladies in the Southeast Arizona Little Sister Program will rehearse during competition week, attend a special tea party with current titleholders to include Miss Arizona and Miss Arizona’s Teen, have a personal interview with the judges, and experience an unforgettable onstage crowning moment on the night of competition. The Southeast Arizona Little Sister Program aims to give young ladies a better understanding of the Miss America Organization. It also strives to encourage active participation in the Miss Southeast Arizona Scholarship Program, provide opportunities for personal growth, and offer mentorship from inspiring role models!​
