    CRYSTAL MITCHELL

    Crystal Mitchell, a 21-year-old current student at Cochise College in Sierra Vista, Arizona, possesses remarkable qualities of compassion, care, and determination. Currently employed as a Nursing Assistant, Crystal is diligently pursuing her Nursing Degree through Cochise College. Her career trajectory has served as the foundation for her social initiative this year, which aims to raise awareness about Alzheimer’s Disease.

    ALEESA SANCHEZ

    Aleesa Sanchez is 14 years old and a freshman at Willcox High School. Her ambition is to one day become an Alabama Crimsonette, combining her passion for baton twirling with dedication and school spirit. Aleesa’s initiative is Read, Dream, Achieve: Empowering Young Minds Through Reading, where she inspires others to discover the joy of books and the power of imagination.

    LEANN ALCALA

    Leann Alcala is 15 years old and is honored to be Miss Pima County's Teen. Her life has been filled with two major passions: dance and pageants. She has been dancing since she was eight, and the stage is truly her happy place. Leann has been involved in pageants since the early age of four and has been an incredible journey of growth and friendship. She loves the amazing bond pageants create among girls. She has met so many inspiring young women through this system and is passionate about encouraging others to give it a try. Beyond the glitz and glamour, pageants have taught her valuable life skills and given her a platform to make a difference. That's why she is so dedicated to her community service initiative, "Empowering Our Youth Living with an Autoimmune Disorder." Leann is deeply committed to raising awareness about autoimmune disorders, particularly Eosinophilic Esophagitis. As someone who has personally struggled with getting diagnosed as a teenager, Leann wants to use her experiences to support others facing similar challenges. She believes in using her voice to empower and uplift those around her.
